1. About Us

Stagey (https://stagey.com) is an AI-powered virtual staging platform for real estate listing photography. It is operated by RMT Services OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registration code 16803586, with its registered address at Hobujaama 4, Tallinn, 10151, Estonia.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Stagey service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Stagey. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

Stagey provides AI-powered image editing tools for real estate professionals, including:

  • Stage a Room — Virtual furniture staging for empty or unfurnished interiors (2 credits per generation)
  • Day to Dusk — Conversion of daytime exterior photographs to twilight/dusk renderings (1 credit per generation)
  • Remove Clutter — AI-powered removal of unwanted objects and clutter from listing photos (1 credit per generation)
  • Sky Fix — Replacement of overcast or grey skies with clear daytime skies (1 credit per generation)

All tools consume credits from your account balance. Processed images are delivered digitally, available for immediate download within your account upon completion of each job — typically within one to two minutes.

4. Account Registration

You must register an account to use Stagey. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at rmtsolutions@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

5. Credits and Billing

5.1 Credits

Stagey operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed each time you submit a new image generation job. Credits are not consumed for viewing, downloading, or re-downloading previously generated results.

5.2 Pay-As-You-Go Packs

You may purchase credit packs on a one-time basis. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which unused credits expire without refund.

Available packs at time of publication:

  • 10 credits — €12
  • 30 credits — €33
  • 75 credits — €78
  • 200 credits — €192

Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. Final pricing is always confirmed on the checkout screen before payment.

5.3 Subscriptions

Stagey also offers monthly and annual subscription plans that include a fixed number of credits per billing period:

  • Starter — €19/month (20 credits/month)
  • Pro — €45/month (55 credits/month)
  • Agency — €99/month (135 credits/month)
  • Annual billing available at approximately 20% discount

Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Separately purchased PAYG credits are not affected by subscription renewals and retain their original 12-month expiry.

5.4 Free Credit

New accounts receive one complimentary credit upon registration to try the service. Free credits expire if unused within 30 days and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

5.5 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stagey does not store your full payment card details on its servers. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service. Payments are charged in Euros (EUR).

5.6 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to your subscription credits until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in an active billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Because Stagey delivers digital goods that are consumed immediately upon use, all sales of credits and subscription plans are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical failure that results in credits being deducted without a usable output being delivered, please contact rmtsolutions@gmail.com within 14 days. We will investigate and, at our discretion, restore the affected credits to your account.

Consumers in the European Union have statutory rights under EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Stagey to:

  • Upload images you do not have the right to process
  • Generate, distribute, or display content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of any third party
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy the service
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security or access-control features
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service itself (generated images are yours to use as described in Section 8)

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property and Image Rights

8.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights in the original images you upload. By uploading images, you grant Stagey a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those images solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service to you.

8.2 Generated Outputs

Subject to full payment and compliance with these Terms, you own the generated output images produced from your uploads. You are free to use them commercially, including in property listings and marketing materials.

8.3 Stagey IP

The Stagey platform, brand, models, and all associated software remain the exclusive property of RMT Services OÜ. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in our technology or brand to you.

9. Availability and Service Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Stagey may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time. Where a change materially affects paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RMT Services OÜ and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Stagey, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated outputs will meet any specific quality standard or be suitable for any particular use.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting rmtsolutions@gmail.com. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

EU consumers also have the right to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice within the application at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
