Q1Is this allowed on Zillow, Redfin, and the MLS?
Yes. Replacing a sky and switching on lights doesn't alter the property. Our recommendation: add a short caption like "Twilight enhanced" to the listing copy so buyers know it's an edited photo. See our disclosure guide for the fuller legal picture, since requirements can vary by portal and market.
Q2Will it look fake?
If we did our job right, no. The new sky follows your horizon, reflects in glass and water, and the relit scene is balanced like a real twilight DSLR exposure, not an HDR cartoon. If a render isn't quite right, regenerate with a different sky mood. It takes about a minute.
